Is there any way to force new words to be introduced to me by reading? Once I can read it, then I would like to learn how to write it. For me the app always does it the other way around.
In the future it might be possible to configure which prompt is prioritized first, however there’s currently no way to specify this. As a workaround, you could disable writing prompts in your Account Study Settings, and then re-enable them when you’d like to add the writings.
You would also need to set your list(s) to add back from the beginning once the writing option has been re-enabled, so it can scan over any parts that were missed (the writing prompts) and make sure they’re added. You can reset a list by going into it’s page (by clicking the list’s name), then tap the"Settings" link on the left hand side of the list’s page, and then make sure the “Add Vocab From” is set to the first section, and then tap Save to confirm the changes.
