I’ve paid attention during duplicate reviews and noticed that the “studied X ago” is sometimes the same as the first time I saw it earlier in the session. So I assume my result from studying it did not get uploaded successfully the first time.
That sounds like what could be happening. It might be that it’s not propagated rather than not saving the review, and that it might take a moment to sort out. These past few weeks have been focusing on scheduling as a main goal, we’re hoping to sort everything out as soon as possible!
