The “right” answer according to Skritter is xi3huan5 instead of xi3huan1. I’m a newbie, so when I see strange pinyin in Skritter I assume it knows better, but there is lots of other evidence in this case.
Pleco has this listed as xi3huan5 as well, this looks to be correct!

We’d love to support Taiwan pronunciation in the future as a toggle in the app, but it pretty low on our priority hit-list at the moment.
