Hi there,
I was using Skritter for about 20 minutes this morning and even though I selected “add new words” none of them would show up. I have a 6 month subscription and when I checked it was still active. I then tried to log out which didn’t change anything.
According to the statistics I learned 4 new characters this morning but none of them actually showed up.
What am I supposed to do?
Update : I was able to update the subscription, everything back to normal.
