"Network connection unstable." Is this a bug?

Recently, the Skritter 2.0 site shows “Network connection unstable” continually, and it won’t show any statistics. Is this a bug? Problem with my account?

I tried to use your contact page to ask about this, but that also resulted in errors: “User authentication required.”

We had to refresh a large amount of data in the past 48 hours so it’s possible the network got a bit bogged down with requests. Regarding the “User authentication required” message it sounds like somehow you access token expired and didn’t refresh. You should be able to fix this and possibly some of the other issues by logged in again.
