On the app I had a problem where skritter wouldn’t load the next character, and stay frozen on one character. So after a long time of this I tried logging out and logging back in to see if that had any effect. Now I can’t access skritter at all. It retrieves data then goes to “fetching”. When fetching reaches 100% there is no further progression, even if I wait more than an hour. I can’t use the app at all seemingly.
How about now? We’ve transferred your study data which should hopefully fix this up.
Hmm, would you be willing to try the beta version? You can install it by going to the Play Store page for Skritter from your device, and then by scrolling down to the bottom and tapping the button that says “I’m in!” (under the beta participation area)
