does or will the Android app allow you to enter pinyin during study like the website does?
No, you won’t be asked to type it in. I don’t mind, because IMHO typing tests aren’t that great on mobile anyway. Memrise has it, and i don’t really like it.
it’d be nice if it were an option/setting to type it… I’ve noticed with chineseskill that the act of typing prompts a deeper commitment to memory and recall than just saying it and verifying it on my own
