When I draw the tone on the draw the tone portion, it marks it as wrong even though I see i am drawing the right one. I am using a computer for this

what am i supposed to take a screen shot of? i would need to show you a video. It also marks characters I write correctly as wrong even a simple character with one to 3 strokes.
It just makes everything wrong every time. so i have to keep telling it no I got it correct.
I’ve tested tone prompts on your account but am unfortunately am not able to reproduce the problem. I’m also not running into any problems on your account with character writings.
Would you able to clear your browsers cache/cookies and let me know if the problem persists? Hoping this is sorted out!
