I think something is wrong with the app. I have few thousand words already…but few days ago my whole progress is gone. I have logged out and in. Uninstalled and reinstalled but nothing happened. Also my subscription says its expired. But rightfully my renewal is still on Dec2018. Now i cannot use. Even back to start also is impossible because i cannot add words. So im stuck with only 10 words for day. What to do?
It looks like there are two accounts linked to your email address, it sounds like you might be logged in as a different account than what you’re expecting which might explain why your data is missing. If you could email us at team@skritter.com, we can let you know both account names!
