if i enable add characters when adding words, will that start adding characters for words I’ve already studied? I’m hoping it will but it’d be nice to know for sure

The change isn’t retroactive, so you would need to go into your list’s study settings and set it to “Add” from the first list section. That’ll force the list to rescan over everything and add anything that had been skipped over (without affecting the progress of anything already learned).

in the list i set the ‘add vocab from’ drop down to the first section - will it automatically advance through the sections as i add the characters from words?
